The unique 9-sided shape of the Floor Protector 9Mat is designed to fit neatly under chairs while providing a large surface area to protect the carpet or flooring underneath from dropped paint, ink, and craft equipment and all manner of other spillages, stains and tools.  

9Mat is made from polycarbonate, an extremely durable material which forms a protective barrier which will not bend, curl or buckle under normal use. Polycarbonate is heat resistant up to 100°C (212°F), which makes it a great choice to protect floors from hot glue, craft heat tools and other heated implements. 
 
These mats are transparent so that your flooring shows through, though there is the option of a blue tint, or cerise tint to brighten things up. The 9Mat provides an easy-glide surface for chairs, particularly useful for caster-based office chairs and wheelchairs.
